Accuracy of product colours and descriptions

Due to variations in lighting conditions at the time of photography and / or settings on your own computer, there may be differences between the colour of any products that you receive and how they may appear online.

We will always try and ensure that the colours depicted in any images on the site reflect the actual colour as closely as possible but we recommend that the colours depicted be used as a guide. We therefore, cannot guarantee that the product you receive will match the on-screen depiction.

Mobility Freedom Direct Online Shop will not accept responsibility / liability for representations made by a third party for products features or suitability for a particular use. (E.g. Manufacturers, magazine articles, Internet etc). Mobility Freedom Direct Online Shop does not guarantee the accuracy of the information published on this website and will not be responsible for any damages resulting in reliance on the information contained within the site. Please check with manufacturer if full product specifications are required.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days of an order being placed and/or within 7 working days of goods received. Cancellations are only accepted if the customer phones our customer services on +44 (0)800 3166525 or e-mails us at .

If your order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the return procedure as defined below will apply. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the customer will remain liable for the full payment.

Delivery

All orders are dispatched via 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For Delivery.

Most items are held in stock and dispatch is usually the same day for orders received before 12 noon. We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 days and on rare occasion some items maybe out of stock at the manufacturer, we will notify you of the estimated arrival date when you can decide whether or not to proceed with the order.

Law

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with UK law. If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions. In respect of consumer sales only, statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.

Ordering

Order Online
We offer 24hr on-line ordering through our website. To order a product, simply ensure your product options are correct and click the add to basket button. You will then be asked if you would like to process the order or continue shopping. Click continue shopping if you wish to order more than one product. After you have completed your order you will automatically be sent an order confirmation by email.

Orders outside the UK?
Currently we only ship to addresses within the UK for orders placed on our website. If you live outside the UK and would like to purchase from us then please contact us with full details of the product(s). Please note that for delivery outside the UK there will be an additional shipping charge depending on your location.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards. These include Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo or Delta.

We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order submitted whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund for the full value of the amount processed.

Price

All prices are displayed in Pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). All prices are inclusive of shipping and handling for delivery to mainland UK, unless otherwise stated.

Returns Policy

Orders may be returned within 7 working days after the goods were received for a full credit or refund in the following circumstances:

  • Item is in new condition with original packaging
  • Item was received damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item was shipped

To process your return please return the goods to Mobility Freedom Direct, Trem-Y-Gorwel, Cwmcou, Newcastle Emlyn, Ceredigion, SA38 9PE United Kingdom with a letter of cancellation.

  • Goods must be returned within 7 working days of delivery.
  • Goods returned must be received in as new condition with original packaging.
  • Carriage costs for returning the goods will be your responsibility.
  • Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us.

We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 7 working days after delivery.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days from when you notify us of cancellation of the order. However, we are usually able to issue refunds within 5 – 7 working days from when the goods have been returned.

Faulty Goods
If it is agreed that the goods have been delivered faulty or damaged we will offer you a refund OR a replacement.
