Shopping online can be a daunting experience particularly if you are new to it. We have tried to make it as easy as possible by explaining every aspect of our service in plain English. Price

Prices displayed on the website do NOT include VAT or packaging and shipping. These will be added by the shopping cart as you compile your order.

VAT exemption is available for some products. To claim you must download a simple form, print it out and return it to us by fax or post. More details of VAT exemption.

Packing and shipping

Orders placed via the website will be processed next working day and goods are normally despatched by carrier within 5 working days subject to stock availability.

Please note: We currently deliver only to the UK mainland - England, Scotland and Wales.

Payment

Shopping on-line is easy but we also take orders by phone, fax and post. We accept Master Card, VISA, and Switch for payments. We also take postal orders and cheques payable to "Mobility- Freedom".

Your credit card safety is maximized online because we use 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server.

As you move from the shopping cart to the Credit/Debit Card page the web address changes from "http://" to "https://"; and a padlock symbol (or key) appears in the bottom right-hand status bar of your web browser. We receive your order using encryption software so that your details remain secure.

Returns

You can shop with confidence at Mobility-Freedom-Direct. Goods ordered on our website or by mail order may be returned, for replacement or refund, if not suitable for your use, provided we are notified within 10 days of receipt. This is in addition to your statutory rights. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to charge for all carriage costs incurred.

We may accept goods for return outside this timescale in exceptional circumstances, but we reserve the right to charge an administration and re-stocking fee of 15% of the cost of the goods.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
